For their latest Riley and company teamed with co-producer Damion Gallegos at Chub Studio in Oakland. The album features guest appearances by Anti-Flag, Das Racist, Killer Mike, Japanther, Jolie Holland, Vernon Reid, and Joe Henry among others. Sorry To Bother You was recently included in Spin Magazine’s recent “25 Fall Albums You Gotta Hear” list, where they described it as “a hip-hop broadside at its core, but also integrates aggro punk guitar and danceable, ’80-influenced beats.”
